There is a problem with the map vote system because when it is time to change to the next map, the server doesn't follow the what the most requested map was.

On a different note, I think that we need to put back the admin_timebomb command that we previously had on the old server to create a more 'amusing' environment. I trust that the admins will not overuse this command.
