It doesn't really matter how long you have had admin experience. It mostly matters on how you react when something happens, IE, if people call you names etc, you can't go booting them just because of that or banning them cause they use something you hate.

Absolutely true. Look at bob, he had admin experience and we still ended up taking it away from him.
